Delivery Policy

  • We only deliver within Australia
  • We do not ship to PO Box but Home or Depot addresses.
  • Dispatch within 1 business day, provided that stock is available, and all delivery information is complete including current contact numbers and delivery address.
  • Dispatch is only after the payment is received. Note that some payment methods do take more than 1 business day to process.
  • Delivery insurance is available at additional cost.
  • Any special delivery instruction shall be detailed at time of purchase and we will cater to the best of our ability.
  • As you may know we work with third-party logistics company to do the delivery for us, and we endeavour to deliver the products as soon as possible.
  • Delivery time varies and dependent on locations, please allow up to 15 business days, otherwise you may contact us or the delivery company directly whose details can be found in delivery notes sent to you.
  • There may be additional fees incurred due to various reasons, such as wrong/un-clear address, wrong contact number, change of address post-dispatch, no recipient at delivery and multiple delivery attempts etc.
  • It is important that you inspect the item immediately upon receiving, and please contact us if damage found. Items are generally dispatched from the warehouse in perfect condition unless otherwise advised prior to the sale. It is in your best interest to contact us at your earliest convenience if there is any issue found.
  • Please do not sign for delivery of goods that are obviously damaged during transit. If damage is only found upon unpacking, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
