Warranty, Refund and Returns Policies


L&G Chivaly PTY LTD (ABN:526 0795 2438 ) trading under the name UTE Chivalry, offers a 24 Month warranty from the date of purchase.
Purchase date can be found on digital receipts and physical invoices delivered with toolboxes.
UTE Chivalry will keep accurate transaction records.

Warranty covers all structural and mechanical aspects of the item, Including locks, gas struts, hinges drawers, drawer runners, etc. 

UTE Chivalry warranty is 24 months for all levels of use (commercial, private and trade) for the warranty period. (Please note the 24 month warranty period only stands for products purchased after the 17/09/2022, if you made a purchase with UTE Chivalry prior to this date, you are entitled to a 12 month warranty period)
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or negligence.
Warranty also does not cover any damage caused by natural disaster or severe weather events.

UTE Chivalry does not offer a warranty for any surface damage that occurs to any toolbox, including scratches rust or any other surface defect that occurs over time. Any defect found within 24 hours of receiving the toolbox must be reported immediately to UTE Chivalry, by either phoning 1300 001 686 or emailing sales@ozchivaly.com.au.au otherwise the defect will be considered natural wear and tear. 
Warranty becomes void if product is used for an unintended purpose or altered in any way, unsatisfactory installation may also void warranty.
Items given away in promotion periods will not be covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover theft or attempted theft of items or any damage which occurs.
Any item subject to claim must be reported to UTE Chivalry directly or via email at sales@ozchivaly.com.au . Full details of the product fault as well as photo evidence will be required before warranty is actioned.
UTE Chivalry will first attempt to fix faults before offering a replacement.
In the event a product does not have a replacement, or a replacement isn’t in stock for 14 days then a refund will be issued.
If warranty claim is found to be illegitimate, all costs associated with the warranty claim will become payable by the customer.

Return & Refund

If a return is required, our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection of your item.

Please note that change of mind returns will only be considered within 7 days from date of purchase. 
UTE Chivalry will not accept any return without prior consent.

Customer is required to pay return freight.

Any freight costs in the initial purchase will not be refunded.

All returns are subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee.
Customers are required to package the item adequately in order to avoid any damage during transit, any damage occurred during transport is not responsibility of UTE Chivalry.
UTE Chivalry is not liable for any items lost during transport.


UTE Chivalry does not hold customer's removed items, such as original UTE tubs, and only keep them in our premises for up to 7 days, free of charge. Any removed item that's been left in our premises for more than 7 days is considered abandoned by customer and will be offloaded to recyclers.
