I recently had a new tray supplied and installed on my truck by the team at UTE Chivalry, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From my very first inquiry right through to the final handshake, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a team that delivers quality workmanship while treating your vehicle as if it were their own, this is the place to go.
What truly sets them apart is their uncompromising duty of care and obsessive attention to detail. I didn't just want a generic, poor quality, flimsy cheap tray. I had a specific set of needs that I needed my truck to fit precisely within certain dimensional and functional specifications. From day one, the team sat down with me to collaborate. They listened closely to every single one of my requests, offered expert technical advice, and worked alongside me to map out my fitout. There was no guesswork - just excellent communication, patience, and a genuine desire to bring my exact vision to life.
The build quality itself is phenomenal. You can instantly tell that their products are of good build quality. Because UTE Chivalry operates their own overseas manufacturing facilities, the owner has complete oversight of the entire supply chain. Knowing that the business owner directly controls the quality from the initial manufacturing stage straight through to the finished product gave me massive peace of mind. It shows in the final product - the welds are incredibly solid, the alignments are spot on, and the heavy-duty finish feels like it is built to survive the harshest Australian conditions.
The installation was just as impressive as the build. The team took their time to make sure everything was bolted down securely, completely level, and neatly wired up. It’s incredibly rare to find this level of pride in workmanship these days. They went above and beyond to make sure I left their workshop completely satisfied.

Really solid canopies got the x1 canopy and T3 tray couldn’t be happier they even got it resprayed for me in white to my preference.

We now have had four service bodies and roof racks supplied and fitted by Chivalry. The finished product is high quality with central locking included at a very reasonable price point. Lots of people include the dealer from who we buy the vehicles has commented on the quality of the product and the workmanship. Additionally the customer service has been exceptional with great communication and all questions asked. Wouldn't go anywhere else 🙂

Here are some quality points that why I was happy to choose and recommend buying a chivalry tray and canopy’s.

•pricing is fair.

•easy to deal with and all questions are answered with no hesitation or no pressuring of buying their products.

•Quality was outstanding!

•Installation time was done in what was promised.

The only thing I could say that may improve more attraction would be more options of sizes of canopy’s like, 1m, 1.2m and also a 1.5m canopy.

Recentley had the privilege of dealing with the guys at Chivalry here in Perth where i purchased a chassis mount service canopy for my Hilux. From start to finish i couldnt of asked for more. I got some of the canopy accessories fitted inside the canopy as well which really makes my camping plans extremely easy and convenient, slide out pantry,slide out drawers with retractable table plus other bits and pieces. Makes the whole thing look mint. I got the doors on the canopy and and under body toolboxes powdercoated to match my ute. Undertray trundle drawer,JerryCan holder and Spare wheel carrier,roofracks. All fitted prior to picking it up. I find the quality and fitment of the canopy itself plus all the accessories to be of the best quality. Very affordable and it looks spot on. All the staff was really great to deal with and i am very happy to recommend them to anyone else in the market for a canopy. Give the guys a call and you wont be dissapointed.

Service and quality of my build was unreal, my Ute looks super professional and I am going to use Chilvary for my fleet of vehicles going forward.
